We founded Varah FinTax because we believed businesses deserved better — expert advisory without the Big 4 price tag or the junior-team delivery.
Why we started Varah FinTax
Our founding partners spent years at KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, and EY — delivering complex tax, audit, and advisory engagements for listed companies and multinationals. We were good at what we did. But we kept seeing the same problem: mid-market businesses and growing companies couldn’t access the quality of advice available to large corporates.
The Big 4 model is designed for scale. Engagements are staffed with junior teams. Senior involvement is limited. For a business generating ₹50 crore in revenue, getting a Partner on the phone is difficult. Getting them to proactively think about your tax structure is even harder.
We started Varah FinTax to close that gap. Every client engagement is led by a qualified senior professional. We bring the frameworks, methodology, and rigour of Big 4 firms — but with the responsiveness and direct access that only a boutique can offer.
The name Varah comes from the Sanskrit — representing strength, stability, and unwavering support. That’s what we aim to be for every client we work with.
